Introduction to QBE

Background

QBE Insurance and Tyro Health have partnered to streamline healthcare billing and payment processes. This integration allows healthcare providers to submit invoices directly to QBE for assessment and approval. Once approved, payments are settled into the provider’s bank account within 24 hours, enhancing transparency and reducing administrative burden.

Eligible professions include medical and allied healthcare providers, as well as non-health professions such as household help, attendant carers, and legal services.

Tyro Health Online facilitates payment for approved QBE invoices, with funds deposited into the nominated bank account the following business day.

QBE digital invoicing is accessible through Tyro Health Online via supported browsers, but it is not yet integrated with any of our integrated PMS partners.

Submitting digital invoices to QBE is free of charge.
